If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! This team of outstanding emergency response professionals were at my home within an hour of calling and started with their disaster response. They removed 300 gallons of water that had leaked from a busted pipe, removing all the debris as well. When they finally left the area was dried and cleaned and ready for renovations. Nathan and his entire team made my nightmare situation a little less stressful by their quick response and professional approach. Don't call anyone else for your emergency needs. These guys are the best, hands down.
I highly recommend this company. Originally I called another company first and they used pressure and scare tactics to attempt to get me to spend thousands of dollars on a service I didn't even need. I wanted a second quote, so called Priority Response — thankfully! Jonathan was great. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest and helpful service.
Arrived home after a wonderful vacation, opened my door to the house and saw what the torrential rains left me to deal with. I needed a PRIORITY RESTORATION! After finding a leaking roof we thought we were going to have mold problems and have to rip the walls out of our home. After a phone call they arrived at my home at 8pm and got my issues under control. Within a few days I can't recommend them enough — great company and staff!
